This is How We Work.
After successful online purchasing, the Kinderera platform will provide one single admin account access to each Nursery and kindergarten care Center with digital copy of Quick Guide file .
1. Nursery and kindergarten care centers will provide access to teachers and parents as the number of licenses they purchased only.
2. Users are not allowed to use this platform in any inappropriate, illegal, offensive or unauthorized manner.
3. Nursery and kindergarten care canters admin users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details and any activities that occur within their accounts. Nursery and kindergarten care center admin should notify the Kinderera support team immediately for unauthorized use of any user’s accounts. You can contact us at info@kinderera.com
Platform Availability
1 Kinderera platform will manage a high uptime for all our platform users.
2. Will Inform the Nursery and kindergarten care center admin user of any maintenance downtime before three days.

Liability
Kinderera Platform is not responsible for any content, information, or links created on our platform that were uploaded or created by any users and/or due to uninterested access to our platform, so Nursery and kindergarten care centers are responsible for their content.
Nursery and kindergarten care center responsibilities
1. fully responsible for identifying users and login credentials to use the Kinderera platform.
2. Platform content under Nursery and kindergarten care canters accounts for its Nursery and kindergarten care canters' responsibility.
Refund & Cancelation Policy

1. Kinderera Platform is the owner of the licensee, and rights are reserved.
2. Using Kinderera Platform is considered a consent to these Terms and Conditions.
